The Orleans Firebirds scored one run in the fifth on a solo home run by Angelo LaBruna. Unfortunately, the Orleans Firebirds weren't able to take the lead back.

The Bourne Braves were led by Mike Ahmed's hitting. Ahmed went 1-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the second inning.

Chad Green picked up the win for the Bourne Braves. Green allowed one earned run, four hits and two walks while striking out four over six innings of work.

Jarrett Arakawa ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked none, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
