The Traverse City Beach Bums (21-11) pounded the Windy City ThunderBolts (17-13) on Wednesday 9-3 at Standard Bank Stadium.

The Traverse City Beach Bums scored four runs in the fourth on an RBI single by Ryan Still, a two-run single by Brian Heere, and a sacrifice fly by Jose Vargas.

The Traverse City Beach Bums were led by a flawless day at the dish by Still, who went 2-2 against the Windy City ThunderBolts' pitching.

Brandon Decker had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the second inning and homered in the eighth inning.

Brooks Belter improved to 3-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Traverse City Beach Bums. He allowed two runs over 5 2/3 innings. Belter struck out three, walked two and gave up five hits.

Donovan Drake (1-1) took the loss for the Windy City ThunderBolts. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked four, struck out six, and allowed five runs.
