Justin Albert kept the Evansville Otters (8-16) off the board during his six innings of work and the Normal CornBelters (8-14) beat the Evansville Otters, 6-0.

Albert allowed two hits, one walk and struck out three.

The Normal CornBelters blew out the Evansville Otters thanks to 10 hits, including zero extra base hits. A two-run single by Patrick McKenna helped the Normal CornBelters score two runs in the fourth. The Normal CornBelters had two hits in the inning.

McKenna racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Normal CornBelters.

Matt Crim (0-3) took the loss for the Evansville Otters. He lasted just six innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
