The Keene Swamp Bats (16-4) took down the Laconia Muskrats (9-13) 8-1 on Wednesday at Robbie Mills Field after slamming the Laconia Muskrats with seven runs in the third inning.

Mike Papi racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Keene Swamp Bats. He homered in the third inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Andrew Grant pitched lights out for the Keene Swamp Bats. The Laconia Muskrats managed just two hits off of Grant, who allowed one earned run, walked two and struck out seven during his six innings of work.

John Ziznewski had a hot bat for the Laconia Muskrats. Ziznewski went 1-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the seventh inning.

Elliott Warford ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in three innings, walked one and struck out one.
