The Klamath Falls Gems (21-20) trailed by zero in the ninth, but the Klamath Falls Gems recovered thanks to a key double in the eleventh inning from Austin Byler to pull out a 4-1 win in 11 innings over the Corvallis Knights (23-20) at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field on Wednesday.

With the score tied at one, Byler came to the plate and doubled, bringing home Jake Whisler and Parker Miles.

Byler racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Klamath Falls Gems. He doubled in the eleventh inning.

Thomas Eshelman recorded his third win of the year for the Klamath Falls Gems. He struck out three, walked one and surrendered no hits.

Kyle Hart was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
