The Brockton Rox (9-10)'s three first-inning runs built an early lead that helped bring home a 5-1 win over the Nashua Silver Knights (12-5) on Tuesday at Campanelli Stadium.

The Brockton Rox scored in the first on an RBI single by Chase Smartt and a two-run home run by Eric Feliz.

Feliz racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Brockton Rox.

The Brockton Rox got the win thanks in large part to Eric Keating's dominant, six-strikeout performance. Keating allowed no earned runs, three hits and one walk over five innings.

The Nashua Silver Knights were led by Cam Disarcina's hitting. Disarcina went 2-4 and scored one run. He tripled in the third inning.

Jeremy Roberts was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
