The South Florida Huskies (1-6) took down the Palm Beach Xtreme (3-4) 9-2 on Monday at Spanish River High School after slamming the Palm Beach Xtreme with five runs in the fourth inning.

The South Florida Huskies scored in the fourth on an RBI single by Aaron Sheaks, an RBI single by Nico Rodriquez, , , a sacrifice fly by Kevin Garcia, , and a hit by pitch.

Mike Borst was solid at the plate for the South Florida Huskies. Borst went 3-5 and scored three runs. He singled in the second, fourth, and seventh innings.

Braxton Bennett brought the heat against the Palm Beach Xtreme during his outing. The Palm Beach Xtreme managed just two hits off of Bennett, who allowed two earned runs, walked three and struck out three during his six innings of work.

Chris Graffeo ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked four, struck out none, and allowed five runs.
