The Adirondack Trail Blazers had no answer for Eric Handelman, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Handelman held the Adirondack Trail Blazers hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two.
Chad Burrows got the win, running his season record to 3-1. He allowed one run over five innings. He struck out four, walked three and surrendered four hits.
Josh Partridge was charged with his fourth loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
