The Utica Blue Sox (26-15) didn't put up much of a fight on Monday, as the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs (21-15) cruised to a blowout 13-7 win at Donovan Stadium.

Sean Mazzio racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs. He singled in the first, fourth, and seventh innings.

Hunter Losekamp put himself in scoring position with four extra-base hits for the Utica Blue Sox. He doubled in the second, third, sixth, and seventh innings.

Brendan Welch improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs. He allowed two runs over four innings. He struck out five, walked none and surrendered six hits.

Brian Kavanagh was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in five innings, walked two and struck out two.
