The Albany Dutchmen (18-16) and the Saugerties Stallions (10-20) both threatened with rallies, but it was the Albany Dutchmen that eventually took advantage of them in a 5-1 win at CPSC-Bob Bellizzi Field.
The Saugerties Stallions' lineup had no answer for Joe Pokrentowski. The Saugerties Stallions managed just two hits off of Pokrentowski, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out five during his three innings of work.
Jackson Bubala improved to 2-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Albany Dutchmen. Bubala struck out two, walked none and gave up two hits.
Anthony Rocco (0-5) took the loss for the Saugerties Stallions. He lasted just three innings, walked five, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
