Carter Austin collected three hits as the Oneonta Outlaws (10-4) took home a 4-3 victory over the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs (7-8) at Veterans Memorial Park on Wednesday.

Antonio Baglivo pitched lights out for the Oneonta Outlaws. The Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs managed just two hits off of Baglivo, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his three innings of work.

Jonathan McKinney was effective even in defeat, mowing down eight the Oneonta Outlaws batters and allowing zero runs.

Austin Higginbotham got the win, running his season record to 2-0. Higginbotham struck out one, walked none and gave up no hits.

Joe DeSarro (1-1) took the loss for the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs. He lasted just four innings, walked none, struck out six, and allowed four runs.
