The Treasure Valley (22-27) and the Big Bend (9-30) both had scoring chances on Friday, but it was the Treasure Valley that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out an 8-4 win at Big Bend Complex.

Bailee Mills put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Treasure Valley. He homered in the second inning and doubled in the fourth inning.

Pashence Korten went a perfect 3-3 at the dish for the Big Bend. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the fifth and sixth innings.

Mills improved to 13-15 on the year by picking up the win for the Treasure Valley. He allowed four runs over seven innings. Mills struck out seven, walked two and gave up 11 hits.

Shayla Baker (5-14) took the loss for the Big Bend. He allowed eight runs in seven innings, walked two and struck out six.

Mills, Jordan Hansen, Jordynne Ketchum and Kenzie Barrera helped lead the Treasure Valley. They combined for six hits and seven RBIs.
