Rachael Delamare hit two home runs, but it wasn't enough to carry the Bellevue (32-7) to a win on Tuesday, as the Bellevue fell to the Douglas (20-7) 13-10 at Bellevue College- Softball Fiel in seven innings.
Each team blasted the other's pitching, and there were 23 total runs and 31 hits during the game.
Jordan Britten-yung racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Douglas. He singled in the third and fifth innings and homered in the seventh inning.
Even though Michaela Moore allowed nine runs over five innings he still recorded the victory, his fifth of the season. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered 13 hits.
Payton Gibbs (10-3) took the loss for the Bellevue. He lasted just three innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
