Nikki Miller was cold coming off the bench, but Miller warmed up quickly as Miller stroked a key pinch-hit single in the one to lead the North Idaho (27-9) to a 10-1 win over the Big Bend (7-23) on Saturday.

Amber Hawkes pitched lights out for the North Idaho. The Big Bend managed just three hits off of Hawkes, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his 4 2/3 innings of work.
Olivia Harrison was charged with his tenth loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked six, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
