The Pierce (15-19) jumped out to an early lead on the Grays Harbor (0-22) and captured a 14-1 victory on Monday at Bishop Athletic Complex .

With 14 runs in the first three innings, the Pierce left no doubt about the eventual outcome.

A two-run single by Kailey Nobriga, an RBI double by Anna Lennox, a passed ball, and a two-run home run by Kailie Alama in the first inning and an RBI double by Kali Schouteren and an error during the second inning helped the Pierce put some runs on the board early.

Schouteren racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Pierce.

Jessilyn Enlow pitched lights out for the Pierce. The Grays Harbor managed just three hits off of the the Pierce's pitcher, who allowed one earned run, walked one and struck out two during his five innings of work.

Katelynn Paladin had a hot bat for the Grays Harbor. Paladin went 2-2 and scored one run. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the fourth inning.

Alyssa Satteson was charged with his sixteenth loss of the year. He allowed 14 runs in five innings, walked two and struck out none.

The Pierce easily handled the Grays Harbor pitching as six hitters combined for nine hits, 11 RBIs and 13 runs scored.
