The Everett (11-11) shut the door early on the Grays Harbor (0-20), capturing a 14-3 victory on Sunday at Kiwanis.

Nine runs in the first three innings allowed the Everett to put the game away early.

A two-run double by Rylee Thomas, a groundout by Anya Predojevic, a wild pitch, and an error during the first inning fueled the Everett's offense early.

Thomas racked up six RBIs on three hits for the Everett.

Madi Studer was solid at the plate for the Grays Harbor. Studer went 3-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the first, second, and sixth innings.

Scarlett Nyenhuis recorded his third win of the year for the Everett. He allowed three runs over six innings. Nyenhuis struck out three, walked two and gave up eight hits.

Alyssa Satteson couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Grays Harbor, taking a loss. He allowed 14 runs in six innings, walked nine and struck out six.
