The Shoreline make the most of 8 hits in 6-4 victory over the Olympic

The Shoreline (4-4) and the Olympic (3-15) both had scoring chances on Saturday, but it was the Shoreline that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 6-4 win at Lions Field.

Aubri Burmood rocked the Olympic with two home runs. Burmood went 2-3 in the game with two RBIs and two runs scored. Burmood homered in the second and fourth innings.

Tiffani Ferrell had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the fourth and sixth innings.

Dakota Green improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Shoreline. He allowed three runs over three innings. Green struck out two, walked none and gave up six hits.

Whitney Villaobos (0-3) took the loss for the Olympic. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
