A walk-off single from Nathan Elliott brought home the winning run for the Mt. Hood (7-11) in a 3-2 victory over the Concordia JV in 11 innings at Mt. Hood on Saturday.
Connor Stevenson handled the Concordia JV's lineup with ease, racking up four strikeouts. The Mt. Hood's pitcher tossed five innings of shutout ball and allowed only four hits.
Riley Moore got the win, running his season record to 2-3. He allowed one run over four innings. Moore struck out four, walked none and gave up five hits.
O Stout (0-2) took the loss for the Concordia JV. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
