The Walla Walla (8-9) jumped out to an early lead on the Wenatchee Valley (6-8) and captured a 10-1 victory on Saturday.

Ten runs in the first three innings allowed the Walla Walla to put the game away early.

A two-run single by Erin Ware in the first inning and a two-run double by Anna Williams and a groundout by Makenzie Watts during the second inning supplied the early offense for the Walla Walla.

Williams racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Walla Walla.

Mallory Chavez recorded his fourth win of the year for the Walla Walla. He allowed one run over five innings. He struck out one, walked eight and surrendered two hits.

Karly Malcolm couldn't get it done on the mound for the Wenatchee Valley, taking a loss. He allowed eight runs in two innings, walked two and struck out two.
