A steal of home by Nicole Bolasky and a two-run home run by Jessica Gibson during the first inning and in the second inning fueled the Lower Columbia's offense early.Bolasky got a hit in each of his three at bats. He singled in the second and third innings and doubled in the fourth inning.
Krystina Fischer improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Lower Columbia. He allowed one run over three innings. Fischer struck out three, walked none and gave up two hits.
Nicole Jacobsen (1-2) took the loss for the Olympic. He allowed eight runs in three innings, walked eight and struck out two.
The Lower Columbia's Ashley Kelly, Bailey Hockett, Bolasky and Gibson combined for eight hits and six RBIs.
