Thompson allowed two hits, one walk and struck out five.

The Bellevue turned the win into a rout with six runs in the seventh. The Bellevue scored in the seventh on an RBI single by Niko De La Cruz, , a two-run single by Shane Stober, a two-run double by Oscar White, and a triple by Danny Torlai.

De La Cruz boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 2-2 day at the plate to pace the Bellevue.

Alex Marcussen was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just two innings, walked four, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
