Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Sunday as the Highline (4-2) outscored the North Idaho (3-2) 14-10 in seven innings.

The teams totaled 31 hits in the game.

Kayla Higa racked up four RBIs on four hits for the Highline. He singled in the second, third, fourth, and sixth innings.

Brittany Gay racked up three RBIs on one hit for the North Idaho. He homered in the first inning.

Stefani Gollin got his first win for the Highline despite allowing 10 runs over seven innings. Gollin struck out three, walked four and gave up nine hits.

Amber Hawkes was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed 14 runs in six innings, walked two and struck out five.

The Highline easily handled the North Idaho pitching as six hitters combined for 19 hits, 20 RBIs and 10 runs scored.
