The Clackamas (3-1) beat the Bellevue (2-1) 11-6 in seven innings on Saturday at Delta Park behind Kenzi Kluken, who drove in three runs.
He homered in the sixth inning and singled in the seventh inning.The Bellevue had no answer for Emily Marchbanks, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Bellevue managed just one hit off of the the Clackamas' pitcher, who allowed one earned run, walked one and struck out four during his three innings of work.
Cierra Barkis racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Bellevue. He singled in the second and sixth innings.
Rayne Sylvester (0-1) took the loss for the Bellevue. He allowed 11 runs in five innings, walked two and struck out two.
