The Edmonds make the most of 11 hits in 12-7 victory over the Wenatchee Valley

Both the Edmonds (3-1) and the Wenatchee Valley (1-3) put runners aboard on Saturday, but it was the Edmonds that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 12-7 win.

KamrynMae Kanae racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Edmonds. He homered in the first inning.

The Wenatchee Valley's Hunter Schneitter was perfect at the dish, going 4-4. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the second, fourth, and fifth innings.

Even though Hailey Malakowski allowed seven runs over seven innings he still recorded the victory, his third of the season. Malakowski struck out three, walked none and gave up 13 hits.

Stephanie Granger ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed six runs in three innings, walked one and struck out two.
