Domenic Baldino went 3-3 at the plate, sparking the Palm Beach Xtreme (15-9) to a 2-1 victory in seven innings over the Phipps Park Barracudas (9-11) on Tuesday at Spanish River High School.

He doubled in the third inning and singled in the first and fifth innings.

Derek Jacobs picked up the win for the Palm Beach Xtreme. Jacobs pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and two walks while striking out four.

Drew Beck had a hot bat for the Phipps Park Barracudas. Beck went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the second inning and homered in the fourth inning.

Jordan Poore (1-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed one run.
