The Toronto Rush (10-4) and the British Columbia Bombers (4-9) both had scoring chances on Monday, but it was the Toronto Rush that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 6-1 win at Palm Springs Turf Field.

Max Schonfeld struck out six hitters en route to the the Toronto Rush win. Schonfeld allowed one earned run, three hits and one walk over five innings.

Joe Ucho was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 2 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
