The Gaithersburg Giants (14-14) blew out the Baltimore Dodgers (11-19) 12-5 on Saturday at Criswell Automotive Field after pouring on eight runs in the fifth inning.

The Gaithersburg Giants scored in the fifth on a solo home run by Peyton Isaacson, , a passed ball, an RBI single by Nick Egli, a three-run double by Isaacson, and an RBI single by Joel Paulino.

Isaacson racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Gaithersburg Giants.

Shane Coker went a perfect 2-2 at the plate for the Baltimore Dodgers. He singled in the second and fourth innings.

Matt Chanin got the win, running his season record to 4-0. He allowed four runs over six innings. He struck out five, walked two and surrendered seven hits.

Jordan Menfee (0-2) took the loss for the Baltimore Dodgers. He allowed eight runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked three and struck out one.
