Bailey Hockett went 2-2 and hit a home run, sparking the Lower Columbia (12-2) to an 8-3 victory in seven innings over the Corban University on Monday at Tam O' Shanter Park.

Utto led the Corban University's offensive threat, as he got on base two times in the game. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the third inning.

Krystina Fischer got the win, running his season record to 7-0. He allowed three runs over five innings. He struck out three, walked two and surrendered five hits.

Boyd couldn't get it done on the bump for the Corban University, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in five innings, walked two and struck out two.
