The Lower Columbia (11-2) blew out the Corban University 6-0 on Monday at Tam O' Shanter Park after pouring on four runs in the third inning.

The Lower Columbia scored in the third on an RBI double by Ashley Kelly, a groundout by Hannah Rothwell, an RBI single by Jessica Gibson, and a fielder's choice.

The Lower Columbia were led by a flawless day at the dish by Sam Boyce, who went 3-3 against the Corban University's pitching. He singled in the second, third, and sixth innings.

The Corban University's lineup had no answer for Gibson. The Corban University managed just three hits off of Gibson, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out five during his four innings of work.

Patterson took the loss for the Corban University. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked none and struck out one.
