The River City Rascals (15-8) rolled over the Florence Freedom 7-1 on Thursday at CarShield Field after a five-run rally in the second inning.

The River City Rascals scored in the second on a two-run double by Clint Freeman, a single by Kyle Gaedele, a single by Jason Merjano, a sacrifice fly by Robby Enslen, a double by Alexi Colon, a sacrifice fly by Johnny Morales, and a single by Josh Ludy.

Gaedele racked up three RBIs on three hits for the River City Rascals.

Josh Wright picked up the win for the River City Rascals. Wright allowed one earned run, six hits and two walks while striking out five over six innings of work.

Zach Isler couldn't get it done on the hill for the Florence Freedom (7-16), taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in six innings, walked two and struck out four.
