The Chemeketa (20-13) shut the door early on the Linfield JV, capturing a 10-0 victory on Wednesday at Chemeketa Baseball Stadium.

Seven runs in the first three innings allowed the Chemeketa to put the game away early.

and an RBI single by Blake Wrotenbery in the first inning supplied the early offense for the Chemeketa.

Hunter Gates went a perfect 3-3 at the dish for the Chemeketa. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the second and fifth innings.

Jacob Asa brought the heat against the Linfield JV during his outing. The Linfield JV managed just two hits off of the the Chemeketa's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his four innings of work.
