The Blue Mountain (4-22) didn't stand a chance on Tuesday, as the Treasure Valley (10-12) captured a blowout 8-0 win in five innings at Heinz/Ore-Ida Regional Softball.

The Treasure Valley scored three runs in the fourth on the Treasure Valley scored in the fourth on a sacrifice fly by Elise Shenk, an RBI double by Matti Chavez, and an RBI single by Bailee Mills.

Chavez racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Treasure Valley.

Francesca Rodriquez held the Blue Mountain scoreless during his five innings of work. He pitched a shutout, allowing no opposing players to cross the plate on four hits while ringing up one.

Tiffany Snyder couldn't get it done on the hill for the Blue Mountain, taking a loss. He allowed eight runs in four innings, walked none and struck out one.
