Tessani Dixon went 2-3, sparking the Bellevue (30-5) to an 8-3 victory in seven innings over the Edmonds (15-13) on Saturday at Triton Field .
He doubled in the first inning and singled in the third inning.Payton Gibbs had an impressive outing against the Edmonds' lineup. Gibbs held the Edmonds hitless over 2 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.
Rayne Sylvester improved to 5-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Bellevue. He allowed three runs over 4 2/3 innings. Sylvester struck out five, walked five and gave up three hits.
Hailey Malakowski couldn't get it done on the mound for the Edmonds, taking a loss. He lasted just 4 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed one run.
