The Edmonds (18-14) had a tough outing on Sunday, as the Shoreline (12-14) dominated in a 10-4 win in seven innings at Meridian Park.
The Shoreline scored four runs in the fourth on the Shoreline scored in the fourth on an RBI single by Drew Camacho, a two-run double by Kathryn Goff, and an RBI single by Alyssa Giesbers.
The Shoreline were led by a flawless day at the dish by Shelby Reyes, who went 3-3 against the Edmonds' pitching. He singled in the second and fourth innings and doubled in the fifth inning.
The Edmonds were led by KamrynMae Kanae's hitting. Kanae went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the third inning and singled in the fifth inning.
Dakota Green improved to 4-7 on the year by picking up the win for the Shoreline. He allowed four runs over seven innings. He struck out none, walked three and surrendered eight hits.
Madison Budnick (3-2) took the loss for the Edmonds. He allowed nine runs in 3 1/3 innings, walked three and struck out two.
