The Clark (10-7) beat the Chemeketa (5-12) 6-1 in seven innings on Saturday at Wallace Marine Park behind Nicole OHavor, who went 3-3 at the plate.
He doubled in the second inning and singled in the first and sixth innings.Janie Carr did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Chemeketa, reaching base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the first inning and singled in the seventh inning.
Madison Plummer recorded his fourth win of the year for the Clark. He allowed one run over seven innings. Plummer struck out none, walked one and gave up nine hits.
Megan Henshaw couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Chemeketa, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in seven innings, walked three and struck out five.
