Danny Torlai went 1-3 and hit a home run as the Bellevue (17-5) took home a 6-1 victory over the Olympic (8-10) at Courter Field on Saturday.
He homered in the eighth inning.The Olympic couldn't get anything going so long as Drew Lomsdalen was on the hill. The Olympic managed just two hits off of Lomsdalen, who allowed one earned run, walked two and struck out five during his six innings of work.
Marcus Pleasants went a perfect 2-2 at the plate for the Olympic. He singled in the fourth and seventh innings.
Josh Thompson got the win, running his season record to 2-0. Thompson struck out two, walked none and gave up one hit.
Jacob Price was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just seven innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
