Megan McMurrin knocked in three runs, sparking the Columbia Basin (30-14) to a 9-4 victory in seven innings over the Walla Walla (22-18) on Friday at Warrior Field .

Jacie McDaniels had a hot bat for the Walla Walla. McDaniels went 1-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the fourth inning.

Kayla Andrews improved to 26-7 on the year by picking up the win for the Columbia Basin. He allowed four runs over seven innings. He struck out nine, walked two and surrendered seven hits.

Mallory Chavez (12-5) took the loss for the Walla Walla. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked seven and struck out one.
