The Ontario one (1-0) beat the Qu��bec one (0-1) 19-0 in four innings on Thursday at Stade Richard-Desmeules after an 18-run explosion in the first inning.

The Ontario one scored in the first on , , , an error, a hit by pitch, a three-run double by Jenna Flannigan, an RBI single by Kate Psota, , , , , a two-run single by Brittany Chan, a two-run triple by Flannigan, and an RBI single by Ashley Stephenson.

Flannigan racked up five RBIs on three hits for the Ontario one.

Autumn Mills held the Qu��bec one scoreless during his four innings of work. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on two hits while striking out four.

Vanessa Riopel (0-1) took the loss for the Qu��bec one. He allowed 11 runs in two-thirds of an inning, walked four and struck out one.
