Daryl Baca had three RBIs, sparking the Colorado Cyclones (2-0) to a 4-2 victory over the San Diego Force (1-1) on Sunday at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium.

The San Diego Force had no answer for Steve Pagendarm, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Pagendarm held the San Diego Force hitless over 1 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.

Kyle McGinley improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Colorado Cyclones. He allowed one run over 6 2/3 innings. He struck out four, walked one and surrendered eight hits.

Christian Cox (0-1) took the loss for the San Diego Force. He lasted just 2 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed two runs.
