Christian Garabedian went 1-2, sparking the Delray Beach Lightning (3-3) to a 7-3 victory over the Coral Springs Royals (1-3) on Wednesday at Miller Park.

Kyle Bender pitched lights out for the Delray Beach Lightning. Bender held the Coral Springs Royals hitless over 1 2/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

Colin Taylor had an impressive outing against the Delray Beach Lightning's lineup. The Delray Beach Lightning managed just one hit off of Taylor, who allowed one earned run, walked one and struck out three during his four innings of work.

Alex Reiner improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Delray Beach Lightning. He allowed one run over three innings. Reiner struck out none, walked one and gave up two hits.

Michael Loprete (0-1) took the loss for the Coral Springs Royals. He lasted just one inning, walked four, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
