The South Florida Huskies (10-8) beat the Palm Beach Blazers (8-14) 8-2 on Thursday at Miller Park after a six-run explosion in the ninth inning.

Dalton Thompson couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Palm Beach Blazers, taking a loss. He allowed eight runs in two innings, walked none and struck out three.
