Both the Adirondack Trail Blazers (3-3) and the Elmira Pioneers (2-3) put runners aboard on Friday, but it was the Adirondack Trail Blazers that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 7-5 win at Dunn Field.

Tommy Mirabelli did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Elmira Pioneers, reaching base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the fourth innings.

Joe King recorded his first win of the year for the Adirondack Trail Blazers. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered two hits.

Taylor Folsom was charged with the loss. He lasted just zero innings, walked three, struck out none, and allowed five runs.
