Preston Grand Pre collected three hits as the Wareham Gatemen (5-6) took home a 5-2 victory over the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (3-8) at Red Wilson Field on Saturday.

He singled in the second, fourth, and eighth innings.

The Wareham Gatemen got the win thanks in large part to Blake Fox's dominant, three-strikeout performance. Fox allowed one earned run on four hits and one walk over five innings.

Jacob DeVries ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
