Brett Charbonneau went 1-3 as the Springfield Sliders (14-17) took home a 6-1 victory over the Kokomo Jackrabbits (16-16) at Robin Roberts Field on Friday.

Tanner Lupton pitched lights out for the Springfield Sliders. The Kokomo Jackrabbits managed just one hit off of the the Springfield Sliders' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out five during his seven innings of work.

A bright spot for the Kokomo Jackrabbits in the defeat was Felix Baez, who allowed only three runs while striking out eight.

Baez couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Kokomo Jackrabbits, taking a loss.
