Grant Miller had two extra base hits as the Chillicothe Paints (15-13) took home a 4-2 victory over the Richmond RiverRats (10-17) at McBride Stadium on Thursday.

Jason Byers struck out five, paving the way for a the Chillicothe Paints win. Byers allowed one earned run on five hits and one walk over six innings.

Dalton Boucher went a perfect 2-2 at the dish for the Richmond RiverRats. He singled in the second, sixth, and eighth innings.

Joe Pourier brought the heat against the Chillicothe Paints during his outing. The Chillicothe Paints managed just one hit off of Pourier, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his three innings of work.

Sam Burton (1-3) took the loss for the Richmond RiverRats. He lasted just six innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
