The Ontario (4-0) and the Qu��bec (3-2) each put runners in scoring position on Sunday, but the Ontario capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 7-3 win at Whalley Athletic Park.

Jennifer Gilroy racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Ontario. He singled in the fourth inning and doubled in the fifth inning.

Autumn Mills improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Ontario. He allowed three runs over seven innings. Mills struck out four, walked one and gave up nine hits.

Vanessa Riopel (1-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed seven runs in six innings, walked three and struck out six.
