The Quebec (5-4) shut the door early on the Saskatchewan (5-2), capturing an 11-2 victory on Sunday at Cairns Field.

Six runs in the first three innings allowed the Quebec to put the game away early.

A two-run double by Luca Portolese during the second inning helped the Quebec put some runs on the board early.
