The Manitoba scored four runs in the sixth on the Manitoba scored in the sixth on an RBI single by Luxon Glor, a two-run single by Wyatt Kemball, and an RBI double by Marshal Burgess.
Burgess racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Manitoba.
Aaron Pugh had an impressive outing against the Nova Scotia's lineup. Pugh gave up just two hits, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his four innings of work.
Despite the loss, the Nova Scotia's Reilly ORourke dominated the Manitoba's batters, giving up two runs and striking out five.
ORourke ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year.
