A walk-off double from Hunter Owen brought home the winning run for the Swift Current Indians (6-1) in a 4-3 victory over the Regina Red Sox (3-3) at Mitchell Field on Saturday.

It was a good day at the plate for the Swift Current Indians' Owen. Owen went 1-4 and drove in one. He doubled in the ninth inning.

Fernando Pena handled the Regina Red Sox's lineup with ease, racking up eight strikeouts. Pena allowed two earned runs on five hits and three walks over seven innings.

Robbie DeVries got the win, running his season record to 1-0. DeVries struck out none, walked one and gave up two hits.

Kevin Hand (1-1) took the loss for the Regina Red Sox. He lasted just eight innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
