An excellent effort by Casanova Donaldson led the Alpine Cowboys (45-20) to a 13-3 win over the Bisbee Blue (32-30) on Thursday.

Donaldson blasted two home runs for the Alpine Cowboys. Donaldson went 3-5 in the game with three RBIs and three runs scored. Donaldson homered in the first and third innings.

The Alpine Cowboys continued to pile on the runs until the end of the game. The Alpine Cowboys scored four runs in the final three innings to cap the blowout win. The Alpine Cowboys scored six runs in the sixth on the Alpine Cowboys scored in the sixth on , , , a groundout by Donaldson, and a groundout by Donaldson.

Ryan Richardson pitched lights out for the Alpine Cowboys. Richardson held the Bisbee Blue hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

Matt Horan was effective even in defeat, mowing down five the Alpine Cowboys batters and allowing three runs.

Noah Piard recorded his fifth win of the year for the Alpine Cowboys. He allowed three runs over five innings. Piard struck out seven, walked three and gave up four hits.

Horan couldn't get it done on the mound for the Bisbee Blue, taking a loss.
